In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

To be eligible the product must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Try & Buy

This policy shall be applicable selectively (geographical coverage, product, customer and time periods).

Try & Buy benefits shall be applicable only if the product was bought when the item was on Try & Buy. Else normal category policy shall apply on the order. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

General Rules

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for refund or replacement within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered
    • Is different from its description on the product detail page on www.byocraft.com
  2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Seller may reject the returned goods if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
  3. For any products for which a refund or replacement is agreed by Seller, the refund or replacement will be processed once the returned product has been received by the Seller.
  4. In certain cases where the Seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund or a credit voucher will be given.
  5. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if Buyer received a different or a damaged product, Buyer needs to report the same immediately to Seller, in writing (on same day). Any reporting after 01 day shall only be accounted under replacement category for manufacturing defects and subject to Seller’s verification.
  6. Buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If Buyer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Buyer’s refund.
